Jenna Irwin

A standout midfielder for the Robert Morris University Colonials, Jenna Irwin has made a lasting impact on the program with her relentless work ethic, elite skill set, and unwavering leadership. A native of Liverpool, N.Y., Jenna began her lacrosse journey with the Salt City Snipers and was a key contributor to her high school team’s success before elevating her game to the collegiate level.

At RMU, she quickly became a cornerstone of the Colonials’ lineup, earning widespread recognition for her performance both on and off the field. Her accolades include All-MAC First Team (2022), CoSIDA Academic All-America® District Team (2023), and MAC All-Academic Team (2023). In 2025, she made program history by becoming the first RMU women’s lacrosse player to score back-to-back overtime game-winning goals—solidifying her reputation as a clutch competitor in high-pressure moments.

Off the field, Jenna is passionate about giving back to the sport. As a coach with Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse Club (PPLC), she brings the same intensity and enthusiasm to mentoring young athletes, helping them develop their skills and love for the game. Through her dedication as both a player and a coach, Jenna continues to shape the future of lacrosse—one game, and one player, at a time.
