Colleen Tifft

A Liverpool, NY native, Colleen Tifft capped an exceptional collegiate lacrosse career with the Robert Morris University Colonials, becoming just the 17th player in program history to eclipse 100 career points—finishing ninth all-time in points (126) and tenth in goals (93). A consistent force, she started every game her senior year, led the team in points (51), and ranked among the MAC’s top players in shots, goals, and points. Her resume includes eight career hat tricks, multiple Player of the Week honors, and three consecutive All-MAC selections, including First Team honors in 2023.
Before RMU, Colleen was a multi-sport star at Liverpool High School, where she was a three-year varsity letter winner in lacrosse. She earned all-conference honorable mention honors as a sophomore and junior before being named to the conference first team as a senior. She also played two years of varsity soccer for Prior Lake, serving as captain and earning second-team all-league honors, and ran track all four years—twice placing in the top four in the 4×400-meter relay at sectional meets.
Colleen was also a member of the Salt City Snipers Lacrosse club before college, honing her skills and developing a passion for the game.
Colleen earned her bachelor’s degree in engineering with concentrations in biomedical and mechanical engineering and went on to complete her master’s in Engineering Management in 2024. Soon after, she began her professional career as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Innomotics, while staying connected to her passion for lacrosse as a PPLC coach and the assistant varsity girls lacrosse coach at Plum High School.
Whether dominating a draw control, mentoring student-athletes, or driving innovation in engineering, Colleen Tifft continues to lead with grit, heart, and purpose.
