Paige Howe
A steady force on the defensive end, Paige Howe was a cornerstone of the back line throughout her collegiate career with the Washington & Jefferson University Presidents. Hailing from Bowie, Maryland, and a proud St. John’s alum, Paige brought grit, intelligence, and leadership to every game she played.
A 2024 graduate, Paige balanced athletic and academic excellence with ease. She was named to the 2024 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll and earned PAC Spring Academic Honor Roll honors in both 2022 and 2024. Her standout sophomore season earned her All-PAC Honorable Mention recognition in 2022.
Paige continues to fuel her love for the game beyond college—she’ll be returning for her second summer as a coach with Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse Club (PPLC) in 2025, where she shares her passion and defensive expertise with the next generation of athletes.
Whether locking down top attackers or leading by example, Paige consistently embodies the spirit of a true student-athlete—disciplined, driven, and always ready to compete.
Graduated with a major in Psychology with a minor in Forensic Science.
