Mackenzie Lehman

A proud alum of both PPLC and Peters Township, Mackenzie Lehman has etched her name into Liberty University Flames lacrosse history. As a redshirt senior and the 2024 Preseason ASUN Midfielder of the Year, Mackenzie tallied over 200 career points, placing her among Liberty’s all-time leaders in goals, assists, and draw controls. Known for her dominant on-field presence and relentless work ethic, she excelled as a primary playmaker and draw control specialist, notching 178 career draws and over 150 goals. Her clutch performances helped lead Liberty to its first-ever ASUN Conference championship title and a historic debut in the 2025 NCAA Division I Women’s Lacrosse Tournament.

Despite a season-ending injury in 2024, Mackenzie still managed 23 points in just seven games, topping the team in multiple statistical categories. Her junior campaign was a standout year—she racked up 57 points, scored five game-winning goals, and played a pivotal role in Liberty’s first victory over a ranked opponent. Her career accolades include ASUN Freshman of the Year, multiple ASUN Offensive Player of the Week honors, several All-Conference and All-State selections, VaSID First Team honors, and a 2025 IWLCA Senior All-Star Team nod.

Off the field, Mackenzie was just as impressive. She earned a place on both the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll and ASUN Honor Roll every season. In 2024, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and is a proud member of Eta Sigma Gamma, the national health education honor society. With a passion for healthcare and service, Mackenzie is committed to continuing her education and gaining experience to positively impact others’ lives.

This summer, she’s thrilled to return to her roots and coach with Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse Club (PPLC), where she hopes to inspire and mentor the next generation of athletes.

Fun Fact: Mackenzie is also a PIAA state champion in basketball, having helped lead Peters Township to the title.
