Kaska Barringer
Kaska Barringer brings a wealth of high-level playing experience, leadership, and passion to her role as a goalie coach with Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse Club (PPLC). A standout Division I goalkeeper at American University, she made an immediate impact between the pipes and earned recognition at the conference level throughout her collegiate career—including being named Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week in 2011.
Before college, Kaska was a multi-sport athlete at Mt. Lebanon High School, where she earned All-America Honorable Mention and was named MSLA Tournament MVP in 2008. In addition to lacrosse, she competed in field hockey and golf, all while maintaining honor roll status and serving in leadership roles through Student Council, Best Buddies, and the Big Sister Club.
Today, Kaska pairs her elite playing background with years of coaching experience—including at Mt. Lebanon High School—to mentor the next generation of goalies. She emphasizes technical development, mental toughness, and situational awareness, while fostering confidence and a team-first mindset in every athlete she works with.
Off the field, Kaska is a successful Real Estate Specialist, bringing the same competitive drive and focus that fueled her athletic career.
Whether she’s developing young goalies or teaching high-level game IQ in the crease, Kaska leads with experience, energy, and a deep love for the game.
