Sydney Riker
Sydney Riker is a senior at Robert Morris University, where she brings fierce energy to the goal crease for the Division I Colonials Women’s Lacrosse Team and creative brilliance behind the camera. The Vernon, New Jersey native, who played club for the DEWLAX Black 2021 team, has made a name for herself not only with her clutch performances in net—totaling 45 saves across her collegiate career—but also as a passionate filmmaker with a knack for telling raw stories through film.
A dual-threat on and off the field, Sydney is pursuing a degree in Cinema and Photography with a minor in Graphic Design. She is the creative force behind Sydney Riker Media, where she directs and produces projects that explore themes of identity, growth, and connection. Her love for visual storytelling is matched only by her leadership on the turf, coaching up-and-coming goalies at the Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse Club.
In between training sessions and production shoots, you might find her filming content for sports teams, interning in digital media, or working behind the scenes of a podcast set. Whether it’s a game-winning save or a compelling short film, Sydney Riker is always in the zone.
