Madigan Lublin is a dynamic and driven student-athlete who is making waves both on the lacrosse field and in the world of healthcare. Currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration (MHA) at the University of Pittsburgh, Madigan is equally committed to her academic success and athletic achievements. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Services Administration from the same institution and is an active student member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, further solidifying her aspirations to become a leader in healthcare.

A standout player in lacrosse, Madigan has made significant contributions to her team at every stage of her career. Before joining Robert Morris University, she honed her skills playing for Monster Elite, a club lacrosse team that set the foundation for her collegiate success. During the 2024, Madigan played in 17 games, tallying five points against Detroit Mercy and adding a three-assist performance against Liberty. In 2023, she posted an impressive .857 shot on goal percentage and scored four goals on just six shots. A Rochester, NY native, her high school career at Penfield High School was equally distinguished, as she led her team to a Section V Class A title and a spot as a NYS Class A Championship finalist, earning two Second Team Monroe County All-League selections.

Off the field, Madigan’s dedication to community service shines through her work with the Rochester River Run, supporting organ transplant patients, and her volunteer efforts at the Penfield Ecumenical Food Shelf. Her passion for giving back extends to coaching, as she has spent the past three years mentoring young athletes with Aces Elite and Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse Club (PPLC). Through coaching, Madigan strives to cultivate the next generation of lacrosse players and leaders, drawing from her own experiences to inspire and guide others.
