Julie Buschman is the Director of Staffing for Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse Club. A native of Annandale, VA, Julie was a standout in lacrosse and field hockey in high school, earning First-Team All-America honors in lacrosse and All-State First Team recognition in field hockey. She was named Northern Region and Patriot District Player of the Year in lacrosse and earned multiple All-Region and All-District honors in both sports.

At James Madison University, Julie was a CAA All-Rookie Team selection and led her team in draw controls. A team captain in her senior year, she earned All-CAA Second Team honors and was a finalist for JMU Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2008 and 2009. 

Since 2011, Julie has served as the Mt. Lebanon Girls’ Varsity Assistant Coach, helping the team reach seven Division 3A WPIAL Championship title games, with victories in 2014, 2016, 2024 and 2025. She was also the Mt. Lebanon Varsity Field Hockey Coach from 2014 to 2021.
