Lori Banky (2024/25 GREEN, Head Coach)
Assistant Coach, Trinity High School; Division I Student-Athlete, University of Cincinnati
Previously served as the Women's Lacrosse Director of Operations for Robert Morris University as well as coaching youth lacrosse for her alma mater Mt. Lebanon. In high school she lead her lacrosse team to two Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League championships (freshman and sophomore) and two WPIAL runner-up finishes ... earned all-WPIAL and all-section honors in final three seasons of high school ... tabbed as an all-America honorable mention honoree in her sophomore and junior seasons ... earned all-Midwest honors as a junior and senior ... named All-American and academic all-American as a senior ... also played soccer, advancing as far as the Pennsylvania state semifinals as a junior and twice finishing as WPIAL runner-up ... named Mt. Lebanon's Female Athlete of the Year as a senior ... finished high school lacrosse career with 229 career goals.
Chelsea Cameron (2022, Head Coach)
Head Coach, Sewickley Academy; Club Student-Athlete, Penn State University
She played for Penn State’s Club lacrosse program serving as the team’s co-captain in her final year. She also worked along-side Penn State’s D-1 coaching staff serving as the team manager for four years. She graduated with a degree in secondary education and honors in educational psychology from the Schreyer Honors College. Chelsea is also a North Allegheny alumnae where lettered all four years in lacrosse and served as a team captain earning the Most Outstanding Player award 2-years in a row. Chelsea also earned the honors of Academic All-American in 2006 and 2007, Section 1 All Star, and Team 2 All WPIAL. Chelsea returned to North Allegheny’s program to coach with Shannon Rossi in 2011 and 2012. She assisted in the formation of NA’s first girls youth program. From 2012-2016, Chelsea served as an assistant coach at State College High School advancing the team to its first state quarter finals in team history. During her tenure at State High, the program produced 2 All Americans, 14 Mid-Penn All-Star Selections, 9 Mid-Penn First Team All-Star Selections, and 8 collegiate level players. Chelsea is currently a graduate student at Penn State University where she is pursuing a Ph.D. in educational psychology.
Sophie Eureka (2021, Head Coach)
Division I Student-Athlete, Robert Morris University
Sophie graduated from Robert Morris University in 2019. She was captain of the women's lacrosse team during her senior year. Sophie majored in Communications with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations. She is originally from Emmitsburg, Maryland.
Brittany Fradkin (2023, Head Coach)
Assistant Varsity Coach, Pine Richland; Division III Student-Athlete, W&J College
Brittany Fradkin joined the PPLC coaching staff in the fall of 2013. This spring, she entered her 4th season as the Varsity Assistant Coach at Pine Richland. Previously she coached at Peters Township for 2 seasons. Fradkin was a four-year letter winner on the NCAA Division III Washington and Jefferson College women’s lacrosse team where she played midfield. She graduated in May of 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, minor in East Asian Studies, and was the secretary of the Student Government Association. In her junior year, she traveled abroad to Australia for a semester. During her time with the Presidents, Fradkin had 210 career points, 177 career draw controls, 133 career ground balls, and 81 career caused turnovers. She holds the W&J record for single season goals scored. Fradkin is originally from Baltimore, MD where she attended high school at St. Paul’s School for Girls playing cross country, basketball, and lacrosse. She worked in marketing at DICK’S Sporting Goods for 3 years, and is now currently the Senior Marketing Coordinator at Ready Nutrition in Wexford.
Kristin Ilkin (2022, Assistant Coach)
Division I Student-Athlete and current Volunteer Coach, Robert Morris University
Kristin has been with Premier since 2018. She was a four-year starter at Robert Morris University where she played midfield and served as captain during her senior season. Over the course of her lacrosse career at RMU, she earned honors including NEC All-Conference Team selections and various selections as NEC Player of the Week. In her four years with the Colonials, Kristin became the 2nd All-Time Leading Scorer finishing with 174 points. She also set a new record for the program during the 2014 season with 71 total points, which marks the most points scored in one single season. Kristin graduated from RMU in May 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education and a minor in Psychology. After graduating, she moved to Ashburn, Virginia where she coached youth lacrosse and taught in 3rd grade for two years. Since getting married in June 2018 and moving back to Pittsburgh, Kristin is back at RMU coaching as a volunteer and pursuing a Master’s degree in Literacy, along with a Reading Specialist certification.
Laura Kleiber (2020, Head Coach)
Division I Student-Athlete, Lafayette College
Kleiber has been with Premier since 2014. She was a four-year starter at Lafayette College where she played midfield. At Lafayette, Kleiber was tri-captain her senior year and had 116 career goals. She was selected for the All-Patriot League First Team her junior year and All-Patriot League Second Team, All Academic Patriot League Team, and tied for leading scorer in the Patriot league her senior year. She graduated in May 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Art History. Since moving to Pittsburgh, Kleiber has earned a Coordinated Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh and will soon be a Registered Dietitian specializing in Sports Nutrition.
Taylor Lewand (2024/25 GREEN, Assistant Coach)
Assistant Coach, Shady Side Academy; Division I Student-Athlete, Robert Morris University
Taylor is a 2018 graduate of Robert Morris University, where she was a defender on the women's lacrosse team. During her senior year, she was named to the IWLCA Honor Roll and invited by Athletes International to represent the USA in Australia. She is also a new addition to the Shady Side Academy lacrosse community as an assistant coach to Katy Phillips. Taylor, who is a member of PPLC’ss inaugural class, is excited to be with PPLC once again as a coach!
Maggie McClain (2024/25 BLUE, Head Coach)
Assistant Coach, Sewickley Academy; Division III Student-Athlete, Gettysburg College
Maggie McClain is a 2014 graduate of Sewickley Academy where she earned multiple accolades for lacrosse including honorable mention All American, All WPIAL and all section and in her junior year she played on Western Pennsylvania National Team. She is also a recent graduate of Gettysburg College (’18) where she earned a degree in Health Science. Maggie played all four years, starting for her last two. In her role as a box attacker, she was able to contribute and help her team to capture two back to back Division III National Championships (2017, 2018). Currently, Maggie is working as the assistant cross country and women’s lacrosse coach at her high school alma mater while taking a Post-Bach year at Slippery Rock University.

Kristin Semones (2023, Assistant Coach)
Head Coach, Quaker Valley HS; Division I Student-Athlete, Virginia Tech
Kristin graduated from Virginia Tech with dual Business Degrees (Business Information Technology and Management) and was a defender for the Division 1 lacrosse team. She was also a four year All ACC Academic team member. Kristin is the current Quaker Valley High School Girls Lacrosse Head Coach and is entering her first season with Premier. She also works in IT and Accounting for Dick’s Sporting Goods Corporate. Prior to Premier, Semones spent time as a club coach and clinic coordinator for Next Level Lacrosse in Bethesda, MD. She attended high school at Westminster High School where she received the Female Athlete of the Year award for her participation in soccer, basketball and lacrosse.
Katrina Silva (Club Director and Goalie Coach)
Head Coach, Robert Morris University
Formerly, the head coach of Virginia Tech, Katrina Silva served four seasons with the Hokies. During her time at Tech, Silva garnered the only ACC win in the program's history, a 16-15 win in Blacksburg over Boston College in 2009. Prior to Tech, Silva spent seven seasons at Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y. Silva compiled a 67-57 overall record while at the helm of the Raider program, with her teams winning Patriot League Tournament titles in 2004 and 2005 and finishing second in 2006. Silva was the 2006 Howard Hartman Award winner as Colgate's Coach of the Year and was named the Patriot League Coach of the Year in both 2004 and 2005 while leading Colgate to the NCAA Tournament in both of those seasons. *** see more under the directors tab***
Aubrie Tarris (Assistant Goalie Coach)
Tarris is from Sewickley Pennsylvania and a graduate from Quaker Valley class of 2015. While in the net for QV, she led her team to a 2nd place finish in 2014 as well as a WPIAL Championship and PA State Semi Final appearance in 2015. Tarris also represented Pittsburgh in the US Lacrosse National Tournament for 3 years. Aubrie was a 4 year member of Premier in the 2015 class and participated in the C.I.T program as a graduating senior. She just completed a successful freshman year at Liberty University, where the flames made it to post season!
Alison Valerio (2020, Assistant Coach)
Head Coach, Washington & Jefferson; Division I Student-Athlete, Niagara University
Coach Valerio is going into her 6th year with Premier. She is the current head women's lacrosse coach at Washington & Jefferson College. Valerio led the Presidents to back-to-back ORLC Championships in 2016 and 2017, and their first NCAA tournament appearance in program history. W&J finished the 2018 season 2nd in the ORLC and appeared in their third consecutive championship game. Several of her players have received All-ORLC accolades, including Defensive Player of the Year (2016, 2017, 2018), Newcomer of the Year (2015, 2017), as well as IWLCA All-West Region First Team and Second Team selections (2017, 2018). Most notably, Valerio coached the 2018 NCAA Statistical Champion for ground balls per game and the #2 goalie in NCAA DIII for save percentage. Valerio was a four-year letter winner on the Division I Niagara women's lacrosse team. She graduated in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in education and earned a master's degree in the same field from Niagara in 2012. During her time with the Purple Eagles, Valerio was a four-time Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic Team Selection. Valerio spend the 2013 academic year as W&J's assistant coach and 2011-12 as an assistant coach with the Niagara lacrosse staff.
